Kheti was a scholar who lived in Kerthis, who specialized in ancient ruins, civilizations, and artifacts. In his own words, he dealt with "matters lost and unknown to mortals."
He met with the Brightstone Heroes while they were in Kerthis, after they sought him out for information and advice. While he was unable to help them with the locations of the keys to Lolth's prison, he was able to provide them with information on the gate itself as well as a map containing some landmarks for their trek through the desert.
Already an old man at the time, he died a few years later. He bequeathed his vast collection of notes, journals, maps, tomes, and relics to Gurrard Snevilin.
