Considered the oldest of all human cities, the City-State of '''Cimmer''' is located in amongst the ruins of the much larger capital of the [[Cimmerlain]] Empire.  Cimmer is a small, but still beautiful reflection of the old city. The city holds the greatest university in Syra, The [[University of Cimmer]], and as such, in each cafe and street corner in the city one can hear the great philosophies debated, history of the world spoken as if it just happened, dissertations in art, and music from all over the world being played.
