Like many buildings in Terastra, it also goes several stories underground.<br /> <br /> It is presently headed by [[Winston Sutler]].<br /> <br /> The original building was a owned by a family found to be in league with the [[Lich]] [[Acererak]] during the [[Death curse]] and was confiscated and repurposed into a library at the end of King [[Leardon Sunflare]]’s reign.<br /> <br /> Majority of the items within the library were discovered within the borders of [[Palmheart]] during the several [[Sutler Expedition]] explorations.
