One of the City States of Cimmer, Mifalas is located in the eastern Iron Crags and links the City States of Cimmer with Yung Shai through the Shu Pass.
While independent, Mifalas has deep historical and cultural connections to Yang Shai with a number of prominent city families connected by marriage to the Mandarin family line.
