Reginald Barint is the Duke of Iskarr in Varen. A brash young man, he has a reputation for being skilled with both women and swordplay. It recently came out that he was having an affair with Countess Millicent Vanders; the revelation infuriated her husband, Count Norrin Vanders, and it was said that only his relative inexperience with the blade kept him from challenging Barint to a duel over the offense.
