In 2959, a drow named Zirithian who had turned to Orcus's service assaulted his former home with an army of undead. The undead slaughtered most of the city's population, and Matron Urlvrain barricaded herself and her followers in the Temple of Lolth. When the Challengers of the Unspeakable approached with Zirithian's head and offered an exchange of information, she feigned interest for a time before ordering her guards to kill them. The Challengers proved more capable though and Urlvrain was slain, her soul consumed by the sword Nightbringer.
