Madigan is a blink dog. Part of a pack that roamed the forest of Thither in the Feywild domain of Prismeer, he encountered a band of mortal adventurers when they came upon his pack holding a funeral for a slain blink dog. The adventurers respectfully joined in, and after determining that they were all opposed to the hags of the Hourglass Coven, Madigan gave them information about the hag Skabatha Nightshade. The adventurers ultimately convinced Madigan to join them, which he agreed to do until Skabatha's defeat.
After her death, Madigan returned to his pack but pledged that his help would ever be given should they require it.
