Gar Shatterkeel was the leader of the Cult of the Crushing Wave. He wielded a magic trident known as Drown.
In the year 2966, Drake's Company fought their way through the ranks of the cult and confronted Gar. After a long battle he was slain by Ru Bae Ya, his body dissolving into inky water.
