Thazma was a wizard of the Cult of the Spider. She journeyed to the lost city of Omu with several other cultists, where they began a search for the puzzle cubes needed to enter the Tomb of the Nine Gods. After their camp was attacked by yuan-ti, Thazma fled with Zagmira, Yamoch, and Dyrax. The four successfully claimed two of the puzzle cubes, and encountered the adventurers of the Sutler Expedition while searching for a third. A battle ensued after Zagmira ordered their deaths, but when the eladrin Mae Govannen interceded on the adventurers' behalf Thazma was forced to flee while her companions were killed.
