Once an independent neutral evil goddess of death, retribution and vengeance, it is believed that something happened to Her during the Deity War, for afterwards She changedShe returned to the elven pantheon in Celestia and changed Her alignment and portfolio.  She has started taken followers who have to organize a church in her name.
