Cimmerlain

The Cimmerlain Empire was a humancentric empire lasting from 428 until it was officially disbanded by the Treaty of Thess in 780. It was ruled from Cimmer.

Cimmerlaine is noted for several successes, most notably the creation and spread of the Common Trade language and the establishment of the University of Cimmer.
