Ember is a dragonborn druid.

Ember's childhood village was destroyed in a giant wildfire, and she fled and was taken in by a group of druids who comforted her by teaching her that flames are nature's way of making room for new growth. She still carries a seed from the sacred ancient redwood tree in the center of her village, which survived the blaze. Its seedlings now thrive there.
