Transitive Plane

The Transitive Planes are those that overlap the Material Plane. Originally, they were the Plane of Shadow, Ethereal Plane, and Feywild. Recently, however, the Negative Energy Plane drained into the Plane of Shadow, creating the Shadowfell.
