Cimmer

Considered the oldest of all human cities, the City-State of Cimmer is located in amongst the ruins of the much larger capital of the Cimmerlain Empire. Cimmer is a small, but still beautiful reflection of the old city. The city holds the greatest university in Syra, The University of Cimmer, and as such, in each cafe and street corner in the city one can hear the great philosophies debated, history of the world spoken as it just happened, dissertations in art, and music of the world played.
