Unkh is one of the Nine Gods worshiped by the people of Omu.

Unkh and the rest of the Nine Gods came to Omu at some point after the city's fall. Though not truly deities, the people began worshiping them as such and constructed shrines for them throughout the city. The inscription above Unkh's shrine read, "Unkh urges us to contrast all options before acting." Unkh's shrine was located southwest of the Omuan palace.

The Nine Gods were ultimately killed by Acererak, who imprisoned them within the Tomb of the Nine Gods.
